Vintage Design
The coupe series, designed by Giò Colombo in 1967, was initially conceived as a variant of the Spider family, of the same designer, whose base and stem retains. The mechanism that connects the tige to the head allows you to orient the light beam in different directions, moving the cap below, up and laterally.
The Coupé model, in 1968, obtained the “International Design Award” of the American Institute of Interior Designers in Chicago. It is part of the permanent collection of the Moma of New York and the Neue Sammlung Museum of Munich.
It presents itself in good condition with usual wear signs, the bracket is missing to fix it on the wall.
