A glass pitcher with leather sleeve and brass handle by Carl Auböck II, Vienna, 1950s.
The leather sleeve settles at the top third of the glass and is of a beautifully aged light tan colour. The brass handle has a uniform warm patina naturally built overtime. The glass is elegantly shaped throughout with the lip graciously pointing down. Evidence of its hand-blown origins are evident in a small bubble present to the left of the handle.
In overall excellent condition.
