Original Herbert Terry Anglepoise Wall Light – Black A lampshade which would have originally been on a 1227 Model 2. Step Anglepoise desk lamp designed by Herbert Terry. The lampshade is made from aluminium with vent holes at a the top and a rolled edge at the base. The shade still retains a mounting hole on either side for the arm connections. The shade is painted in its original black paint finish. The shade is mounted onto a chrome wall fixing. Shade Dimensions: Height: 16cm Diameter: 14cm Origin: Lighting Engineers Workshop, London, UK. Circa: 1940s. Workshop Report: Overall Good Vintage, lights are supplied wired with a chrome CE certified bc22 bayonet lampholder, ready to wire into the wall. Lights can take up to 100W Equivalent LED bulb.
