Mid-Century Danish Modern Art Pottery Wall Tile Decoration by Dietlinde Hein for Knabstrupfor Knabstrup, 1960s

Mid-century modern signed Scandinavian art pottery wall tile decoration, a fantastic wall plaque made and signed by Dietlinde Hein Knabstrup, Denmark. This piece is known as “the Three sister” and has a very 60’s feeling to it and it depicts three little girls. The dresses are in really nice color, a warm nearly vibrant blue, with Lazur details. The hair is blond, and one can just see their faces. At the back there is an imbedded metal wire to be able to safely hang it on the wall.

It is 17cm high, 25cm wide, and 2,5cm deep. (6.69″ and 9.84″ & 0.98″), in a rectangular shape, it is in a very good condition and will make a statement in any interior setting. This piece has an attribution mark,
