Vintage Design
The marble foot is still 100% but the button is missing. In the end, it’s about the bulbs. We thoroughly cleaned the lamp and what came out is a splendid version of the ‘Alberello’ Stilnovo floor lamp in original, hospital-white lacquered metal, carrara marble and opaline glass. All crisp and clean with some small traces of patina in the white lacquer.
The stainless steel forms a good contrasts with the white of the marble foot and the white of the slades, giving the lamp a somewhat industrial look as well (with it’s edgy screws…).
With it’s 170cm, the lamp really takes it’s space in the room. The six steel bars, that are held together in the middle by a stainless steel ring with screws, somewhat resemble a small bouquet of flowers or flares if you prefer. A playful lamp that will fit in any room.
