Noble 18th century gilt baroque wall console table out of Austria from the period around 1780. Showing a very artfully processed design, this amazing looking wall console was part of the inventory of a castle. Hand crafted in the late baroque era around 1780, this wall mounted console table impresses with its exceptional shape and many many details. Standing on two elegant curved feet, this one of a kind console table is adorned by incredible handcarved leaves, tendrils and gold leaf plated peas and grapes. The highlight of this item is definitley the large, elaborately open worked gilt application on the base which connects the table´s feetat the same time. On top you have a fine carrara marble plate following the beautiful lines of this outstanding table. This unusual baroque wall console table is definitley a matchless piece of late 18th century furniture.
PLEASE NOTE: we do also have a matching gilt baroque wall mirror which would work perfectly in combination with this console. If you are interested in both items, please get in touch for a special deal
