Vintage Design
Very well proportioned ceiling lamp with a ceiling mount that still has some classic 30’s shapes. The rounded forms of the glass and the brass give it a soft and friendly, yet stately appearance.
The lamp is in good condition with no chips or damages. The blue/green glass gives this version no 2296 a clinical and clean appearance, so it would do very well in a bathroom, sauna, or clinic. Also very suitable to use in combination with marble or white walls so the colours , blue white and brass, can contrast nicely.
With it’s 18 bulbs, it can spread a lot of light, so if you are looking for a luxurious piece of art to lighten up a larger space, then this may be the one (if you put in normal bulbs they are dimmable). Also very suitable above larger rectangular or oval tables to create the perfect French Brasserie atmosphere.
On request, we can adjust the height as you wish. The electrical wiring has not been checked but the lamp is in working condition.
The lamp is documented in ‘Quaderni di Fontana Arte’ and various other books.
