The framework is in golden brass, surrounded by 100 % transparent crystal that capture and reflect the light of the candle bulbs.
There are 8 lights and a profusion of crystal decorations, drops and sphere. Winding arms stretch out and sustain the bobeches and the lightbulbs.
This chandelier is decorative and truly magnificent. A timeless artpiece from a past age.
The Maria Theresa chandelier was named after the Archduchess of Austria who was the Empress of the Habsburg Dynasty in the 18th century and the mother of Marie Antoinette.
Nothing is quite as elegant as the fine crystal chandeliers that gave sparkle to brilliant evenings at palaces and manor houses.
The model is designed to use 8 lamps with a cap E14.
The wiring is in working order.
The wiring is suitable for USA, Canada and Europe.
The chandelier is in excellent age-related condition! The crystal without chips and cracks.
