Vintage Design
A very simple and functional design. The lamp consists of a round black metal shade and a diffuser pan made of translucent plastic. The diffuser has a slightly smaller diameter and looks out below the umbrella. The diffuser is kept as a screw from below with a pen. This pin -shaped screw also takes on the task of a handle to pull the lamp down. This black pen repeats itself on the top as a bracket for the supply line, so that these two parts act like a continuous element. The big train weight and the canopy, which are designed as simple black cylinders, are designed to match the minimalist design language of the luminaire. A special detail is hidden inside the two elements. The cable of the tensile mechanism runs over wooden rollers.
