Vintage Design
Amazing set of wall lamps designed in Denmark in 1953 by Mogens Hammer & Henning Moldenhawer for Louis Poulsen. The lamps are made from solid brass and the onion-shaped shades of hand blown matte opaline glass. They were produced in very limited numbers and are very rarely seen on the market. The style is typical for early Danish modernism and functionalism similar to that of Vilhelm Lauritzen, Arne Jacobsen, Kaj Gottlob etc. Wear consistent with age and use. Good condition with patina to the brass parts. No chips, breaks or repairs to glass shades.
* The cable of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
