This pair of antique folk art carved wall plaques are unsigned, but believed to have originated from Greece in approximately 1920. These circular wall plaques are done with a softwood and one depicts a mythological scene and the other is likely the profile of an Emperor. The hooks on the backs do not appear original and likely have been added in the last twenty years.
