Vintage Design
Rare Raak Tolkien ‘Lord of the Rings’ wall light, designed by the Raak design team for Raak in 1975. ‘Two matt chrome rings in which captured morning mist glass balloons are captured like a refined piece of jewelry in a precious setting ring.’ The morning mists are made of opal glass that becomes increasingly transparent and eventually flows into almost clear glass. The condition is still very good condition and the wiring has been checked by an electrician. Dimensions: h x w x d = 25 x 55 x 32 cm. The diameter per bulb is 25 cm. Marked: Raak, Model C-1752.00. Wiring checked by an electrician. Normal wear consistent with age and use.
