Vintage Design
Splendid chandelier after Pierre Phillipe Thomire (1751 – 1843). Exceptionally fine, engraved and cast Bronze. Basket-formed corpus from hand-cut frenches ball prisms (over 3,600 pieces). Connected through wide, ornamental reliefed and broken hoop. There from, three fully moulded, intrinsic figures (Victoria) a bowlbeing carried in outstretched hands and on the head, with three full horn-formed, light arms. Crown formed ending. Design by Charles Percier he was a French architect of the Empire style, which arose under Napoléon form of classicism. Measures: height: 165 cm, diameter: 78 cm.
